Anatoly Schwartz

Founder / СЕО

He has been working in the affiliate business since 2000, starting at the age of 16. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous projects in both this field and others, ranging from creating mini-hotels from scratch to managing the world's largest poker team in terms of participants at that time. Currently, in addition to WintEvents, he is a co-founder and managing partner of the Affiliate Embassy community, the CPA network Mobytize, the AE Models modeling agency, and is preparing to launch a new startup soon. His life motto is "MAKE MONEY & HAVE FUN!" He started his early projects in the event industry in collaboration with one of the most talented showmen of the post-Soviet era, Roman Trachtenberg. He is a perfectionist in organization and is responsible for global, strategic, and financial matters, as well as the agency's development. He is the visionary behind WintEvents.

Furthermore, he is a true connoisseur of food and whiskey, appreciates beautiful and talented people and projects. He is a former professional poker player and, whenever he has the time, he runs a culinary blog, which is one of his favorite hobbies. He considers his most successful projects to be his two daughters. By the way, they are half twins and half doublets.

Head of Events

An event organizer with 7 years of experience. In her portfolio, you can find conferences ranging from 120 to 1500 attendees, parties in some of Europe's largest clubs, and exclusive private events. She has successfully organized numerous international events, including a 5-day event in Thailand, several private events in Cyprus. During event preparation, she feels fully immersed, giving her all. She views each event as a "little life," where everything revolves around making the event perfect. She is willing to go without sleep and food for days to ensure the event's excellence. What she finds most rewarding in her work is seeing the happy faces of the guests, which inspires her and fuels her for new "event adventures."

Additionally, she "collects" seas and oceans, sunsets and sunrises from various parts of the world. Her dream is to explore all the provinces of China and immerse herself in the culture of this distant and alluring country.

Event manager

One of the team members, turning dreams of the perfect event into reality.
Her love for photography, concerts, music festivals, and travel has enriched her perspective on the world and helps her create unique events inspired by diverse cultures.
Event planning has always been a hobby and is now her profession. She believes that all events are unique, and the preparation for them never gets boring, making event management the best job in the world.
As part of the Wintevents team, she has been involved in organizing events in Malta, Cyprus, Thailand, and, of course, Ukraine. In addition to organizing parties, she has participated in arranging press conferences, meetups, and online conferences.
The journey into events can be described as full of adventures and conscious decisions. It is all connected with self-discovery and finding her favorite profession. For many years, she helped organize events until she realized that it was her dream job.

Her dream is to visit Iceland and Japan, see the Northern Lights, and experience Coachella.
